ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I in Milwaukie, Oregon. The role provides companionship, daily living support, and basic personal care to adults with mental health needs at Autumn Ridge RTH.

Under RN guidance, you will help with medications, meals, and transportation, while maintaining proper documentation and adherence to program standards. The position offers a 2:00pm–10:30pm schedule Sunday through Thursday, with paid training through our MHACBO-accredited

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred.
• Must be able to transport clients and assist with daily living activities.
• Ability to follow care plans under RN supervision and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assist with daily tasks to clients.
• Offer personal care services and support independence in ADLs/IADLs.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing.
• Pass medications under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and assist with medical care as prescribed.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities; maintain productivity documentation.
