Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I in Springfield, OR, to support clients with daily living activities and compassionate care. You will assist with meals, personal care, and documentation under RN supervision in the Clear Vue RTH facility.

The role requires a valid driver's license, weekend availability (Fri–Mon 7:00am–3:30pm), and willingness to participate in a MHACBO-accredited training program. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a Friday–Monday 7:00am–3:30pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services and support daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleanup and food purchasing.
• Pass medications under RN guidance and maintain documentation.
• Transport clients to and from the program as needed.
