Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for Aspen Hill RTF in Portland, Oregon. You will provide compassionate daily living support, assist with meals and activities, and help clients develop independence under RN direction.

The role includes medication assistance, transportation, and comprehensive documentation while working a part-time swing schedule. Prior caregiver or mental health experience is valued, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred
• A dedication to the wellbeing of each resident and helping them complete their activities of daily living (ADL’s) and independent activities of daily living (IADLs).

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients
• Assist with medication under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and administer delegated medical care as prescribed
• Transport clients to and from the program and document services per productivity standards
