Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Residential Care Associate I to provide caring companionship and assist with daily tasks for adults in the Guest House Crisis Stabilization Center.

Under RN supervision, you will assist with personal care, meals, transportation, and documentation; the role follows the AFSCME bargaining unit terms and offers training, benefits, and a path toward QMHA certification, with a part-time daytime schedule Friday through Monday.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
• Must be able to drive, pass background checks, and meet DHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks.
• Assist with meals, transportation, and medication administration as delegated by RN.
• Maintain documentation per program requirements and productivity standards.
