Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II in Eugene, OR. You will support residents per their treatment plan, provide personal care, and help with group activities in a secure, therapeutic setting.

The role includes administering medications, following physician orders, documenting care, and transporting clients as needed. Eligible QMHA registration is required, with DHS background checks and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development) or equivalent.
• Alternatively, minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting.
• Must pass DHS background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents per individualized treatment plan, focusing on personal care, environmental interventions, and group activities.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts per procedures.
• Transport clients to and from the program and maintain documentation according to agency policies.
• Maintain productivity standards for documentation of services.
