Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I at Pine Ridge in Eugene, Oregon. The role provides caregiving, daily living assistance, meal support, and medication assistance under a Registered Nurse guidance, with a focus on independence and skill-building for residents.

Shifts are Fridays through Mondays, 2:00pm–10:30pm (Part Time Swing). The position offers wage differential opportunities and a path toward QMHA certification through our training program.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Willing to pass background checks and maintain appropriate licensure as required.
• Ability to transport clients and accompany them to programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleanup, and food purchasing.
• Pass medications under supervision and perform delegated medical care.
• Transport clients to and from the program and document services per productivity standards.
