Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; DHS background check may be required.
• Ability to transport clients and assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily living tasks.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and food purchasing; support independent living skills.
• Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed.
• Transport clients to and from the program to engage in treatment services and maintain documentation.
