ColumbiaCare Services in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a part-time Residential Care Associate I to provide compassionate care and support with daily living activities under RN supervision. The role includes medication assistance, meal support, and safe transport to program activities.

This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit with pay and benefits aligned to the collective bargaining agreement. Training includes an MHACBO-accredited program and paid supervision.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities (ADLs/IADLs).
• Must pass a DHS background check and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, transport, and routine tasks under RN supervision.
• Assist with medication administration as prescribed by the primary care provider.
• Maintain documentation of services in accordance with productivity standards.
