Bethany Care Center in Bethany, MO is seeking a Residential Care Aide to join our team. You will observe residents, notify nurses of changes, and assist with daily living activities, meals, and hydration in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

You will follow safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, support other staff, uphold professional standards, and protect resident confidentiality while contributing to a supportive, respectful community.

Responsibilities

• Observe patients to detect changes.

• Help residents with personal hygiene.
• Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.

• Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures.
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Observing patients to look for changes
• Notifying nurses about changes or medical issues with patients
• Following all safety protocols
• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Assist other staff in other departments as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data
