Job summary

Bethany Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking Dietary Aides to join our team. This full-time role runs 6:30am-3:00pm and involves assembling diet trays, labeling food, delivering meals, and keeping the kitchen tidy.

Ideal candidates have dietary aide experience (LTC preferred but not required), can follow procedures, maintain a positive attitude and team spirit. Daily pay is now offered.

• Able to follow and understand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling and checking diet trays prior to distribution to ensure all residents receive the proper meals to meet dietary needs.
• Label and date food properly
• Deliver food carts to designated areas as well as collecting food trucks when meals are finished to return to the dish room.
• Work in dish room, wash all dishes//utensils utilizing dish machine.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.
• Ensure kitchen stays clean at all times, sweep/mop floors as instructed.
• Carry out garbage
