Job summary

Addiction Recovery Care is seeking a Campus Administrator to manage operations at one of Kentucky's largest residential recovery sites. This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and leading management efforts to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, operational management experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills. A master's degree and relevant credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational management.
• Demonstrated competencies in operations, quality management, and staff development.
• Experience in the substance abuse field is preferred.

• Establish effective performance management processes for staff.
• Ensure oversight and effective management of campus functional areas.
• Participate in corporate-wide planning, decision-making, and implementation.
