Cayuga Health is seeking a Director of Programs for Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services at the Residential Campus in Ithaca, NY. You will provide leadership to the residential program and oversee daily operations, admissions, and staff performance to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, QHP status with at least two years of management experience, and at least five years of SUD treatment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services.
• QHP status with 2 years of management experience.
• At least 5 years SUD treatment experience.
• NY State QHP license or certification; valid NYS driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and operational guidance to residential staff.
• Write, revise, and maintain residential program policies and procedures.
• Ensure licensures, certifications, and accreditations remain current with OASAS, CARF, DOH.
• Oversee admissions, referrals, assessment, and intake.
• Develop and monitor annual budget with CHS finance team.
• Collaborate with executives on performance metrics and program growth.
• Support integration of CARS into CHS in IT/HR/Finance and other areas.
