Job summary

Rockbridge Area Community Services seeks an Addiction Recovery and Treatment Manager to oversee the clinical operations of its comprehensive substance use disorder programs in Lexington, VA. The role includes direct clinical service delivery in Residential and PHP settings and supervision of clinical staff.

The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with SUD experience and a track record in leading behavioral health programs and ensuring compliant, evidence-based care for

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, human services, or related behavioral health field is required.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LCP, LPP, LMFT, or equivalent) is required.
• Prior supervisory, program development, or multi-site coordination experience is strongly preferred.
• Significant experience in substance use disorder treatment across ASAM levels is preferred.
• Valid Virginia Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and day-to-day operations of SUD treatment and recovery continuum.
• Provide direct supervision to clinical and program staff and ensure evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
• Deliver direct clinical services in Residential and Partial Hospitalization programs and collaborate multidisciplinary teams.
