Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a seasoned administrator to lead daily operations across HR, payroll, and accreditation processes at our Norfolk, VA location.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master in business administration, at least one year in addiction treatment, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Recovery-oriented integrity is essential; in recovery with at least one year sobriety is preferred. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
• Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to problem solve and think critically.
• Honest, dignified and respectable character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to facility daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting, etc.
• Address staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc.
• Drive admissions and retention through census management.
• Oversee all aspects of admissions and discharge process.
• Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and ensure communication, efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments.
• Maintain professional relationships with external contacts and ensure accreditation compliance
