Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate vendors for construction
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Assist in permitting individual jobs as needed
• Communicate weekly with customers
• Oversee completion of Verification of Completion List

Great communication skills, both written and verbal

Organizational and prioritization skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook

Self-motivation and problem-solving skills

Education

High school diploma/GED; construction coursework preferred
