Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Construction Builder responsible for overseeing the entire home building process. You will manage construction quality, ensure adherence to building codes, and address customer concerns while supervising trade partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills along with a valid driver's license. This role offers base salary with uncapped bonuses and various benefits including paid time off and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Current Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise trade partners utilizing job schedules.
• Oversee the construction and inspection of homes.
• Authorize trade payments on a timely basis.
• Conduct Pre‑Construction and Customer Orientation meetings.
• Manage inventory/showcase homes and models.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Walk assigned homes twice a day at a minimum.
