Comcast is hiring an entry-level broadband installation technician to perform in-home installations, troubleshoot connectivity, and deliver a positive customer experience. The role requires working in varying environments, with schedules that may include nights, weekends, and overtime to meet company standards.

You will complete safety training, certifications, and education for advancement, while maintaining equipment, adhering to procedures, and documenting work with digital tools.

Formación

• Perform residential installations and troubleshooting per procedures.
• Install and support home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet and Wi‑Fi.
• Complete required training, certifications and background checks within defined timeframes.
• Work in customers' homes with flexible schedules, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects while following safety codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Educate customers on products, services and setup expectations.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
