Rollins, Inc. is seeking an Orkin Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team and drive service excellence in a regional operation. You will develop people, deliver top-notch customer outcomes, and grow revenue through strong sales and field leadership.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and strong customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training.
• Demonstrate leadership development of others, including coaching and training.
