Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Residential Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team and grow a profitable operation. You will drive revenue, ensure top customer satisfaction, and mentor staff while completing training that prepares you to relocate within the region after 6–9 months.

You will manage field operations, recruit and develop talent, and participate in community outreach, with a comprehensive benefits package, a company vehicle, and a base plus bonus earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation after training
• Develop leaders through coaching and training
• Deliver strong customer retention and service excellence
• Inspire teams to achieve top-notch service and results
• Drive revenue growth and manage P&L responsibilities
• Recruit and develop talent across sales, service and customer staff
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after training
