Qualifications

• Experience training, mentoring, or onboarding new staff.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; eligible to transport patients as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate RSS/BHTs and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure client-centered care in a residential setting.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for RSS staff within 60 days.
• Support clinical processes including intake, UA administration, and transportation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and client progress.
• Foster trauma-informed, ethical, and patient-centered care.
