Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and evaluate RSS/BHT staff and ensure performance reviews.
Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and administrative teams for integrated care.
Develop staffing schedules and onboarding for new RSS staff.
Model and support a patient-centered, trauma-informed care approach.
Ensure clinical schedule adherence and documentation per policy.
Monitor safety, policies, and therapeutic best practices.
Conduct client orientations within 48 hours of admission.
