Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 23 years of age or older and have a valid Alabama driver license with proof of current liability insurance.
• Responsible for documenting BLS services and progress toward goals per AltaPointe policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing monitoring and training on basic living skills according to assessed needs.
• Meet daily productivity standards for BLS services.
• Assist consumers with personal care, medication use, and safety.
• Transport consumers to appointments and outings.
• Document services and progress notes clearly and timely.
