Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Valid Alabama driver license and proof of auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing monitoring and interaction with residents, including basic living skills training.
• Meets daily productivity standards through BLS services.
• Assists residents with personal care, medication use, chores and safety.
• Demonstrates willingness to work at any ARS facility based on staffing needs.
• Prepare resident meals according to dietary orders and stock supplies.
• Documents in progress notes per AltaPointe policy.
• Actively participates in Performance Improvement activities.
