Job summary

I Am Boundless is hiring a Behavior Technician, Residential Treatment in Grove City, OH. You will work directly with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities in a residential program, implementing behavior support plans and ABA under supervision.

Minimum qualifications include 18+ years of age, a high school diploma, and English communication skills. Valid OH driver’s license and CPR/First Aid are required. Competitive benefits are offered in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Work directly in a residential therapeutic setting with individuals needing behavior stabilization.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans as directed.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and support team decisions for individual IPs.
