• Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field required.
• At least 1 year experience with Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans.
• Training in ABA techniques and PBS principles.
• Ability to train caregivers and work with IDT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as shift supervisor in absence of Manager.
• Assist in development and implementation of support plans.
• Help clients achieve personal goals and meaningful activities.
• Provide transportation and document daily logs and reports.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order in residence.
