Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing and hiring all direct care staff and other positions as directed.
• Implement agency and program policies and procedures, recommending changes/additions.
• Provide administrative and professional supervision of direct care staff.
• Maintain a supervisory log and conduct annual evaluations with development goals.
• Ensure staff orientations, in-services and resident-specific trainings are provided.
• Develop and maintain weekly staff schedules with appropriate staffing ratios.
