Job summary

Residential Transitions, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for the Community Residential Setting in Maple Grove to lead CRS services and staff, ensure person-centered care, and coordinate with clinical teams and external providers.

The role requires 4–6 years of related education/experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to pass background checks. Expect 24-7 coverage, on-site duties, and frequent collaboration with guardians and counties.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of combined education and/or experience in social services or related field.
• Bachelor’s/Associate’s/Diploma in Social Work or Human Services or related field.
• Experience supervising direct care staff and delivering services to people with disabilities.
• Ability to pass background checks and travel within the metro area.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of the CRS program and staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise Mental Health Workers/Behavior Technicians.
• Ensure Behavioral Supports, safety plans, and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Maintain documentation per 245D, RTI, and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with guardians, case managers, counties, and support teams.
