Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate, Loan Operations or Banking.
• Excellent organizational, time management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A college degree in Finance or General Business is preferred.
• Familiarity with the residential lending process is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive appraisal requests from account officers or support staff.
• Select the appropriate appraiser for the assignment and forward the engagement.
• Monitor appraiser performance to ensure timely completion of the assignment.
• Review completed appraisal reports for reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Forward completed appraisal reports and reviews to the lending officer.
• Maintain a database of property information to support internal evaluations.
• Complete other special projects related to the real estate appraisal function.
• Actively participate in the Customer Service First culture and follow bank policies.
