Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in clinical supervision and mentoring.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead during shifts and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate and manage supplies for residential services.
• Train and orient new Residential Aides as assigned.
