Position: Residential AideProgram: Park Street InnLocation: New HavenSalary: $20.00/hourSchedule: Full-time/2nd shift/32 hours/Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon 2:30p-10:30pRESIDENTIAL AIDES CAN EARN UP TO A$1,500 SIGN-ON INCENTIVE AT THE CONNECTION!!Eligible candidates can earn up to a $1,500 sign-on incentive by joining The Connection as a Residential Aide.If you,Are an external new hire, and;Are assigned to work a regular part-time or full-time (non-per diem) Residential Aide position, and;Are an employee in good standing at each evaluation period.You will earn a $375 bonus after 90 days, an additional $375 after six months, and an additional $750 after one year!Program Summary:An intensive residential program that provides comprehensive care to people who are transitioning into the community from psychiatric hospitals. In this high-structure, low demand setting, people are provided with opportunities to develop the fundamental skills needed to remain in the community.Position Summary:The Residential Aide is responsible for direct client care. This includes activities of daily living and providing support for safety, health, and wellness. This position also assists program staff, and the ideal candidate will establish, develop, and maintain respectful relationships with the people served.
