Eligibility includes a High School Diploma or GED and a CT driver’s license. The position offers full-time hours on the 2nd shift with benefits and a sign-on incentive up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care including activities of daily living.
• Support safety, health, and wellness for residents.
• Assist program staff and maintain respectful relationships with residents.
• Maintain a safe, harm-free environment for all residents.
