Responsibilities

• Monitors, screens, and oversees all families assigned to the family shelter.
• Responsible for safety and security of all families assigned to the family shelter.
• Works closely with the case management staff to meet the needs of the families.
• Assists families in developing their ADL skills, housekeeping as needed.
• Complete unit inspections and documentation.
• Clean, sanitize and prepare kitchen area for residents.
• Warm up food for residents and serve meals as needed.
• Remove trash and document food discarded.
• Complete temperature log for refrigerators.
• Monitor families for adherence to program and hotel rules.
• Responds to family health and mental health needs as needed.
• Complete wellness checks
