Responsibilities

• Monitors, screens, and oversees all families assigned to the family shelter.
• Responsible for safety and security of all families in the shelter.
• Works with case management staff to meet families' needs.
• Assists families in developing ADL skills and housekeeping.
• Completes unit inspections and documentation.
• Maintains kitchen area: cleaning, sanitizing, and meal prep.
• warms up food for residents and serves meals as needed.
• Removes trash and documents food discarded.
• Keeps temperature logs for refrigerators.
• Monitors adherence to program and shelter rules.
• Responds to family health and mental health needs; conducts wellness checks.
