Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Dormitory Life Specialist for our Cleveland, OH Job Corps facility to provide a safe, positive living environment and to guide students toward constructive behavior and success in the program.

You will supervise dorm activities, coordinate with counselors, maintain files, and support center operations while upholding government directives and center policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relations with students and provide guidance
• Supervise dorm and student activities, including dorm government
• Direct students and assist in dorm maintenance and inspections
• Coordinate with counselors and health staff for student welfare
• Document daily operations, prepare reports and evaluations
• Promote a respectful, harassment-free living environment
