Job summary

You will supervise dorm and student activities, coordinate with counselors and health staff, transport students as needed, and prepare daily reports and administrative documents to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Associate degree preferred or required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive and effective relations with students.
• Supervise dorm and student activities, including dorm government.
• Assist with dorm and recreational activities on/off Center.
• Prepare the morning report; pass list and other administrative correspondence.
• Direct students and assist in dorm maintenance and safety.
• Conduct group counseling sessions and dorm meetings.
• Maintain student files and assist in evaluations.
• Promote a harassment-free, respectful dorm climate.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate’s degree in counseling, social work, rehabilitation, or related field
