• Responsible for providing a safe and positive living environment that delivers guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the program in compliance with government and management directives.
• Essential Job Duties include maintaining positive relations with students, guiding behavior, coordinating counseling referrals, supervising dorm activities, and ensuring safety and order in the dormitory.
