Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Associate’s degree in counseling, social work, rehabilitation, or related field.
• Two years working with youth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relations with students and guide them toward a positive attitude and behavior.
• Supervise dorm and student activities, including dorm government and peer court.
• Transport students to activities and other locations as needed.
• Prepare morning reports, pass lists and evaluations.
• Conduct group counseling sessions and dorm meetings.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate’s degree in counseling, social work, rehabilitation, or related field
