Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Job Corps or similar youth development/residential program is preferred (1+ year).
• Valid in-state driver's license is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide students through daily sessions and independent living skills.
• Cultivate a safe, inclusive dorm culture and encourage student leadership.
• Monitor dorms and grounds, address conflicts, and uphold zero tolerance policy.
• Assess student needs and refer to counseling when necessary; maintain case notes.
• Oversee dorm operations, cleanliness, and supply ordering.
