Responsibilities

• Coordinate, host, and communicate with guests and applicants for interview days.
• Assist with ID verification of applicants and prepare interview day materials.
• Ensure refreshments, meals, and tours stay on schedule during interview days.
• Create a welcoming environment and coordinate with ITS for display of interviewee names.
• Wrap up interview days with applicants and guests, and maintain stock of interview day materials.
• Screen applications following program guidelines and assist with day-of communications.
