Qualifications

• Two-year college certificate or equivalent required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and host interview days 2–3x per week (Aug–May).
• Manage guest/applicant communications and materials.
• Verify applicant IDs and maintain welcoming environment.
• Assist with wardrobe fittings for white coats.
• Prepare interview day folders and campus information packets.
• Distribute interview day materials to virtual interviewees.
• Ensure refreshments, tours, and lunches stay on schedule.
• Notify interviewers and Admissions Host of changes or delays.
• Monitor and stock interview day supplies and packets.
• Screen applications following rubric guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
