Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Site Search, Underwriting & Acquisition: sources, evaluates, and underwrites land acquisition opportunities in the Bay Area.
• Managing Projects: supports design and execution of the development business plan and tracks budgets and schedules.
• Managing Change: executes implementation plans and communicates changes effectively.
• Delegation: works independently and delivers on delegated tasks with accuracy.
• Reasoning: analyzes data to drive results and solve practical problems.
• External Growth: joins industry groups and expands professional network.
