Job summary

Regis Contractors Bay Area (RCBA), a subsidiary of Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC), seeks a mid-level Project Engineer to support two concurrent home communities in the SF Bay Area. You will oversee Preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with architects, engineers, and field teams to meet schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in residential construction, Procore proficiency, and knowledge of California codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 2–4 years of residential construction or land development experience.
• Procore proficiency; familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of California building codes, Title 24 energy standards, and CALGreen.

Responsibilities

• Support permitting, submittal tracking with jurisdictions and agencies.
• Develop standard details for waterproofing, building envelope, acoustics.
• Prepare takeoffs and estimates; assist in value engineering.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders in Procore.
• Attend weekly OAC meetings and coordinate with superintendents.
