Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or similar resident care setting preferred.
• Caregiver/med tech/resident assistant or lead role experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily department priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working directly with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with caregiver and med tech staffing, scheduling, daily assignments, workflow, and coverage needs.
• Coordinate daily resident care and wellness services with the Wellness Director.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to caregivers and med techs.
• Ensure resident needs and services are communicated and followed.
• Support onboarding, training, and records for wellness team members.
• Communicate with residents, families, and providers as needed.
• Assist with resident appointments and coordination of transportation and services.
• Monitor safety and escalate issues to the Wellness Director or licensed professional.
• Assist with department organization, audits, and meetings.
