You will lead staff, coordinate care with other departments, manage scheduling within budget, participate in quality assurance, and report to the CEO, with responsibilities including staff development, recruitment, and adherence to provider

Formación

• Licensed as a nurse in the state where the community is located.
• Minimum two years’ experience overseeing a wellness/clinical department.
• Maintain required state certifications/licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains a wellness/clinical service philosophy and policy manuals.
• Manages and develops plans of action for the assigned community.
• Coordinates care needs with other departments.
• Keeps scheduling within budget and staffing guidelines.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and performance appraisals of wellness/clinical staff.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
