ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Community Resource Navigator (CRN) plays a pivotal role in supporting Plymouth residents within a team-oriented environment. The primary focus is on maintaining top-tier service delivery in alignment with Plymouth’s mission, emphasizing cultural proficiency, harm reduction, trauma-informed care principles, and the 'housing first' philosophy. The CRN also undertakes the responsibility of educating new residents on building operations and expectations. Additionally, they form an integral part of an onsite Resident Wellbeing team dedicated to enhancing resident well-being, fostering a sense of community, safety, and belonging.
