Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) for a full-time role at our community. The position emphasizes delivering a structured, reliable transportation program with responsibilities beyond driving, including scheduling, resident communication, and operational support.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 21, with 3 years of licensed driving experience and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years of age with at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid state Driver’s License (Class E) and clean MVR.
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lift systems.
• Experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services during scheduled hours, including designated medical transport days.
• Safely operate community vehicles to provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation management system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections, cleanliness, fueling, and good condition.
• Support Entertainment & Programming team with outings and events, ensuring safety and on-time return.
• During non-driving hours, provide community support and other operational tasks.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in our digital transportation management system.
