Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver a structured, reliable transportation program within the community. Responsibilities include driving, scheduling, resident communication, and operational support.

You will manage requests, ensure safety, and support entertainment and programming teams with outings and events while maintaining productivity during scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ with a minimum of 3 years licensed driving experience.
• Valid state Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record required.
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lift systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services during scheduled hours, including medical transport days.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal transport for residents.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections and cleanliness, fuel, and upkeep.
• Support programming events with planning, logistics, and safety adherence.
