Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver reliable, resident-focused transport services. The role involves driving, coordinating schedules, resident communication, and supporting community programs within the campus.

Responsibilities include medical and recreational transport, managing requests in the digital system, vehicle readiness, and assisting with events, while maintaining safety and quality service for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years old with at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid state Driver’s License (Class E) and clean MVR.
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles, buses and mobility lift systems.
• Experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services during scheduled hours, including medical transport days.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal transport.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital system and keep schedules aligned.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections, cleanliness, fueling and good condition.
• Support programming and events with logistics and resident participation.
• Assist with non-driving tasks and interdepartmental support during shifts.
