Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) who will manage a structured transportation program within the community, including driving, scheduling, and resident communication. The role goes beyond transport to include operational support and coordination of activities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is at least 21, and holds a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must have a valid state Driver’s License (Class E) and Clean MVR.
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lift systems while assisting residents with mobility needs.
• Previous experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours, including designated medical transportation days.
• Safely operate community vehicles to provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation to residents.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation management system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness by completing routine inspections and ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Support the Entertainment & Programming team with outings and events, including planning, logistics, and safety compliance.
• During non-driving hours, provide community support and other operational tasks.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation management system, ensuring schedules are accurate.
