Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires CNA license and a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license.
• CDL license may be required for 16+ passenger vehicle operations.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and operate a vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments and activities safely and courteously.
• Comply with Community policies, safety, and procedures.
• Assist residents in wheelchairs and in and out of vehicles.
• Maintain passenger safety by securing wheelchairs and using restraints as needed.
• Document incidents and communicate disruptions to leadership.
• Assist with routine vehicle checks and report repairs as needed.
